Experienced tour leader .

Koos Moorcroft, who was made the honorary RSM of 61 Mech by a former unit commander at that time , Lieutenant Colonel Jaap Steyn, has agreed to act as tour leader for the first 61 Mech Veterans Association expedition to Angola during 2009.Koos has successfully guided the Voetspore TV team through Angola during the production of the Kaap na Gaboen TV series .

First tour is planned for 27 June to 14 July 2009.

The first tour is planned for 27 June to 12 July 2009 and will be limited to 19 people, and there are still 10 places up for grabs on a first come first served basis. The costs will be R14 000.00 per person which will include everything except for your sleeping bag, pillow and malaria tablets.

The first payment of R7 000 must be made on or before 20 March and the final payment of R7 000 must be made on or before 20 May .
