Bush War Battle Sites

Efpe Senekal, the producer of Bush War Battle Sites that was broadcast on Carte Blanche on 30 January, is selling a DVD with this 15 minute documentary plus another 45 minutes of footage of the 2010 61 Mech Angolan expedition for R100.

Efpe Senekal did not serve with 61 Mech Battalion Group, but he is a member of the 61 Mech Veterans Association in his capacity as Friend of 61 Mech and deemed to be a very good friend indeed.

The extra footage of 45 minutes on this DVD will show all the main places visited by the tour group, as well as interesting discussions and interviews with some of the people on this tour.The exact tour plan, which will be followed again in October this year, can be found elsewhere on our website.

At certain of the battlefields short presentations to fill in the background of these operations were made by certain of the tour members – valuable insights right from the horse’s mouth
