The Vistenkers travelling in 2 Overlanders, named Afkop Hoenders and Miskruiers, leave Xangongo early to search and find the wreck of the Ratel 90 of second lieutenant Muller Meiring somewhere in the bush of southwest Angola. He was killed when 61 Mech Battalion Group engaged the 50th Cuban Division south of the little town of Techipa on 27 June 1988. 7 of the Vistenkers were there on that fateful day and were determined to return to this Ratel.
